I am hiring a Business Development Executive to lead our expansion into the U.S. market with a strong focus on EPC contractors and distribution channels.

This role is designed for a commercially driven professional who understands how to open doors with EPCs, activate distributor networks, and influence project specifications within the electrical infrastructure space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a U.S. market-entry strategy targeting EPCs and electrical distributors
  • Build relationships with project stakeholders, procurement teams, and channel partners
  • Identify and pursue project opportunities through EPC pipelines and distribution networks
  • Drive vendor registration, prequalification, and specification inclusion with key accounts
  • Collaborate with distributors to create pull-through demand on projects
  • Support RFQs, tenders, and project bids in coordination with internal teams
  • Conduct technical-commercial presentations to EPC engineers, consultants, and buyers
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and commercial agreements within company guidelines
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline and CRM reporting structure
  • Represent USA division at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field
  • 5–8+ years of experience in EPC sales, project sales, or electrical distribution channels
  • Proven experience working with contractors, EPC firms, or electrical distributors
  • Strong understanding of project-based selling and specification-driven sales cycles
  • Experience in cable, electrical infrastructure, or industrial products strongly preferred
  • Salary is open for the best candidate with a base + bonus
