We’re Hiring: Quality Engineer

We’re looking for a hands-on Quality Engineer to join a fast-growing U.S.-based manufacturer focused on innovation, sustainability, and building the future of American manufacturing.

In this role, you’ll take the lead on maintaining and improving quality systems, supporting production, driving root cause analysis, and ensuring compliance with UL/CSA/ETL standards. You’ll also play a key role in launching and supporting new low-voltage operations. This is located in South Bend IN- relocation is available.

What you’ll be doing:
• Driving continuous improvement and quality initiatives
• Investigating customer and supplier quality issues
• Supporting audits, certifications, and compliance
• Collaborating cross-functionally with production, engineering, and maintenance
• Analyzing data to improve processes and performance

What we’re looking for:
• 3+ years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis, and lean principles
• Experience with UL/CSA certifications (preferred)
• Background in wire & cable or similar manufacturing (a big plus)
