Quality Manager – Manufacturing

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 + Outstanding Benefits

Egret Consulting is partnering with a rapidly growing wire and cable manufacturer that has experienced 200% growth and is looking for a Quality Manager who can help take the organization to the next level.

With three manufacturing facilities and approximately 180 employees, this is an opportunity to join a company where continuous improvement isn’t just a buzzword—it’s one of their core values.

The Opportunity:

You’ll lead a team of two Quality Engineers and two Quality Technicians, developing their technical capabilities while strengthening quality systems across the organization.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll:

• Own and continuously improve the Quality Management System, with a strong focus on ISO 9001 compliance and auditing.
• Lead internal and customer audits, corrective actions, root cause analysis, and quality initiatives.
• Coach, mentor, and develop a quality team while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and leadership to improve processes, reduce defects, and support continued growth.
• Drive supplier quality, customer satisfaction, and process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of progressive quality experience in a technical manufacturing environment.
• Deep expertise in ISO 9001, quality auditing, and Quality Management Systems.
• Experience with AS9100/AS9300 or medical-device quality standards is a plus.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification, or comparable continuous improvement expertise, highly desirable.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
