Regional Sales Manager – Northeast USA – 5565
Egret Consulting
I’m partnering with a well-respected, industry leading lighting manufacturer that is ready to make a real push in the Northeast. Not maintain the status quo. Not incremental growth. They want to expand their footprint, and they know that happens when the right leader is in the territory.
This is an opportunity for someone who has proven expertise in lighting and wants the freedom to build something. The Northeast region is large, full of opportunity, and ready for the right person to step in and take ownership.
My client is looking for a Northeast Regional Sales Manager who knows how the market works. Someone who understands independent rep agencies, knows how to create momentum through distribution, and can open doors with contractors, specifiers, designers, and lighting showrooms. The person who takes this role will be the face of the brand across the territory and the person who helps drive the next phase of growth.
You will be working directly with a network of independent manufacturer representatives, helping them develop strategy, pursue projects, and grow the business together. This role is about leadership in the field. Coaching reps. Building strong relationships with key distributors. Creating pull through the channel. Identifying new opportunities and turning them into real revenue.
There is significant upside here for someone who is competitive, connected, and energized by the challenge of growing a region.
The company is well positioned, the product offering is strong, and leadership understands that success in this industry comes from empowering the right people in the market.
This is a remote role, but you must live in the Northeast territory, and the position requires regular travel throughout the region.
Compensation will reflect experience and the ability to deliver results.
If you are in the lighting industry and feel like you are capable of more than what your current role allows, this may be the conversation worth having.
Sometimes the best career moves start with a simple conversation. Let’s talk!
