We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (West) role with a design-driven lighting manufacturer that’s getting a lot of attention right now.

This is a high-visibility territory (Bay Area/LA focus) with strong existing relationships and a brand that’s already well-known with interior designers—so you’re not starting from scratch.

Quick highlights:

• Strong performing territory with good momentum
• Calling on interior designers, lighting designers, architects and engineering firms
• Managing established rep network
• $135–150K base + 28% bonus
• ~50% travel

The RSM must:

• Have relationships with interior designers
• Have experience managing lighting rep agencies
• Be able to travel at least 50%
