Current positions in the electrical industry

I’m leading a confidential search for a Vice President of Sales on behalf of a private equity-backed manufacturer in the lighting/electrical products sector (~$100M revenue). The company has a diversified platform across OEM, rep, distribution and contractor channels and is entering an important growth phase.

The VP of Sales will lead several division heads and oversee the national commercial organization while expanding a new direct-to-contractor initiative that is expected to become a major revenue driver. The role is part of a succession plan with a path to the CEO role within 2 – 3 years.

Relocation is preferred to the Midwest within a year.
