Regional Sales Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Own and grow a regional territory
• Manage and develop independent sales reps
• Build strong relationships with customers, engineers, and partners
• Mentor inside sales and help elevate the team
• Execute strategic sales plans and close key deals

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–8+ years in sales (electrical, wire/cable, or distribution preferred)
• Experience working with rep firms
• Strong communicator who can lead, influence, and grow business
