What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and development of new low-voltage cable products from concept through production.
• Create and maintain product drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Support new product development projects alongside product and innovation engineers.
• Participate in material selection and product design optimization.
• Coordinate laboratory testing and validation of new products.
• Support UL and other agency approvals during new product launches.
• Work closely with manufacturing, quality, purchasing, and sales to bring products to market.
• Provide engineering support for existing products and customer applications.
• Help drive the company’s product development roadmap and ensure projects stay on schedule.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience designing wire and cable products.
• Strong understanding of cable construction, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with new product development and product commercialization.
• Familiarity with UL or other product certification processes is highly desirable.
• CAD and technical drawing experience.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and commercial teams.
• A collaborative, hands-on engineer who enjoys solving problems and making an impact.

Work Environment

• Hybrid schedule (approximately three days per week onsite)
• Monday-Friday, typical business hours
• Located near Lancaster, Pennsylvania
