This role is ideal for someone who understands the specification side of lighting, the premium linear LED market, and enjoys working closely with rep agencies, someone who is ready to take on a broader national position. The focus is on being out in the market, partnering with reps, building relationships with specifiers and distributors, and helping get products specified into projects across the country.
What makes this opportunity particularly compelling is the timing. The company already has a strong national rep network in place and is launching a new generation of more advanced architectural lighting products. There is real innovation behind the portfolio with more flexibility, more design options, and a lot more to talk about with specifiers. It creates the kind of story that reps want to take to market and the kind of product line that gets attention in the specification community.
You would be working closely with leadership, helping drive national momentum, supporting reps in the field, and playing a visible role in how the brand grows in the market. It is the type of role where someone who performs well can quickly expand their influence and grow into senior sales leadership as the business continues to scale.
The position can be based anywhere near a major U.S. airport and involves about 75% travel nationwide.
