A fast-growing lighting and controls distributor is seeking a Project Manager to take full ownership of lighting projects ranging from $1K to $1M+. This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle, including order entry, expediting, logistics coordination, installation support, returns, and freight claims, while working closely with vendors, clients, and a third-party warehouse. You will ideally have 3–5+ years of project management experience (lighting preferred, construction required), be highly organized and detail-oriented, and thrive in a startup-style environment with a strong sense of ownership and adaptability. The position is hybrid, requiring time in the Great Neck office, NYC job sites (1–2x per week), and remote work. Compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped commission, along with strong growth potential as the company continues to scale.
