I am partnering with a privately held electrical contractor and energy solutions provider serving commercial and industrial clients throughout South and Central Florida. Founded in 2022, the company has built a strong reputation delivering comprehensive electrical and power solutions for projects ranging from $500k to $10M. The work is approximately 80 percent commercial and 20 percent industrial, with a clear emphasis on power infrastructure and complex electrical systems.
The Business Development / Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth across South and Central Florida. This individual will focus on developing and strengthening relationships with General Contractors while actively pursuing and securing new commercial and industrial electrical projects. The role requires someone comfortable chasing projects, bilding a pipeline, and positioning the company early in the pursuit cycle. There is also opportunity to build a representative network and explore EPC relationships as part of the long-term growth strategy.
The ideal candidate brings a strong power background with experience in commercial and industrial electrical environments. A proven track record in business development within electrical contracting, power distribution, or related markets is essential. This person must be relationship driven, comfortable operating in a growing organization, and motivated by the opportunity to build something meaningful. An entrepreneurial mindset is critical. The right individual will understand how to navigate project cycles, work alongside electrical distributors and engineering support, and translate market relationships into awarded work.

The role offers a base salary of $100k to $130k, with flexibility to go higher based on proven experience, plus commission.
